MV 110 – This digital converter is designed especially for applications in the water industry, for HVAC installations or in other industrial sectors in need of basic measurement requirements or output protocols.

The MV 110 can be used in combination with our flanged or wafer type sensors.

  • Accuracy : ± 0.8% of the reading value (on request ± 0.4% of the reading value)
  • Repeatability : ± 0.2% programming via key pad on display or connected to PC by means of mini USB cable adapter
  • Flexible mounting : The display can be seen from different angles
  • Galvanic separation : All inputs and outputs are separated from each other and from the power supply
  • Housing : Nylon reinforced with 15% glass fiber or aluminum
  • Protection : IP 67 (option: IP68)
  • Functions : Low flow shutdown, Bi-directional measurement, Peak shutdown, Empty pipe detection, Alarm limit, etc.
  • Accessories : Rechargeable backup battery (provides measurement in case of power failure), 4 GB Datalogger, Built-in Verifier (BIV) for electrical characteristics of sensor

ISOMAG™ (by Isoil) is our complete electromagnetic flowmeter range from DN3 to DN2000 and pressures up to 250 bar. Available in different versions for various industries, wafer (up to DN400) or flange mounting. Including a wide range of options for electrodes and liners.

The ISOMAG range includes sanitary 3A certification for food and beverage applications, as WRAS approved equipment for drinking water applications. These electromagnetic flowmeters are MID001 and MID004 and OIML R 49-1 certified, which makes them suitable for custody transfer purposes.

The sensors can be connected to a wide choice of converters of the simple 2-wire design, which can be employed for sampling and filling applications. Optional outputs / interfaces such as MODBus, Profibus, Hart, and data logging are available. Combine a powerful battery powered converter with pressure inputs and GPRS wireless communication with any flow measuring pipe sensor in our range.

The MV 110  is ISO 9001 and 18001 manufactured (OHSA), tested and certified (accordingly the international guidelines for flowmeter production ISO4064 and EN14154).
